How this website handles personal information.

Summary

This is a static website. It has no user accounts, no database, and no server-side processing of the contact form. It does not currently use analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies set by ARTSOL, and it loads no third-party scripts, fonts, or embeds.

The contact form

The contact form runs entirely in your browser. When you submit it, the page builds an email addressed to ahad-ceo@artsol.site and asks your device to open your email app. The page itself does not send, transmit, or store your message. The message is only sent if you press Send in your email app, and it then travels through your email provider and ours.

Information we receive

If you send us an email, call, or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number, company, and project description. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or other sensitive data.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, discuss a possible project, and keep a record of that conversation. We do not sell personal information.

Third parties

  • Email: messages pass through your email provider and ours.
  • WhatsApp: if you use the WhatsApp link, your conversation is handled by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy.
  • Phone: calls are handled by your telecom provider.
  • Hosting: the hosting provider for this site may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and request times. The hosting provider has not been finalised, so this section should be updated once it is chosen.

Retention

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and manage any resulting work. [Company to confirm a specific retention period.]
